Dubai Customers:

♥ We are pleased to offer returns and exchanges within 3 days for your convenience. Please note that a nominal fee of 15 AED will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and processing costs. ♥ Please contact our customer service team to arrange a pickup. They will guide you through the process and schedule a convenient pickup time.

♥ Once the item arrives at our warehouse, you can decide if you'd like a refund or an exchange. Our dedicated customer service team will assist you every step of the way.

Customers Outside Dubai:

♥ Customers located outside of Dubai are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping to our warehouse in Dubai.

♥ Please get in touch with us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. We will provide you with the return address and guide you through the necessary steps.

♥ After we receive your return at our warehouse, we will promptly contact you to arrange a refund or exchange.

Refund Processing:

♥ Please allow 2-3 working days for your refund to be processed after we receive your returned items.
