How long will my personalized item take?

Each piece is created in our Dubai studio. Allow 5 days for production, then about 1 day if you’re in the UAE, or 3–5 days express worldwide.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — and if you’re in the UAE, your order arrives in about 1 day once your piece is ready. Everywhere else we ship express from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

What can I personalize?

Pouches: color, name or initials, font, thread color and up to three emojis. Agendas: cover color, notebooks, 18K gold-plated charms and embossing.

Will my embroidery look exactly like the preview?

The preview is an illustration of your choices. Embroidered colors, texture and placement may vary slightly from the screen. Please check your spelling before confirming your design.
